I fully believe in the title of a coach. My role is not to only adjust macronutrients and training splits, but to bond a relationship, set expectations and understand the mentality of each individual client.
Online coaching
Once signed up, we go through an in-depth consultation via Skype or FaceTime analysing past experiences, short and long term goals and highlight expectations. As training, nutrition and cardio are all interrelated, once the consultation is complete, we can start to construct a program that is specific to your lifestyle.
From there, we will have weekly check ins which using a combination of video messaging, video or picture updates of physique progress and posing, videos of lifting technique and excel-based programming to help our clients achieve their goals.
Paired personal training
If based in Hong Kong, Paired personal training sessions can accommodate two people of similar capacities.
Initial consultation will identify individual goals and what programme would be best suited for the pair. If there are 2 or more training session per week, full nutritional coaching will also be provided.
Throughout training sessions, there will be adjustments made to allow for optimal results for both clients.
These sessions are most useful for new gym goers who may be hesitant of the gym environment and who would like to train with a friend.
1-1 Personal Training
If you are based in Hong Kong, 1-1 personal training is also available. We will go through an in-depth consultation aroundpast experiences, short and long term goals and highlight expectations.
In our first few sessions, we will be able to identify specific areas of weakness that we can address through training and incorporate that into your plan. All of this will be done as well as providing nutritional coaching throughout.
I would advise 1-1 personal training to new gym goers who have less than 2 years of consistent training experience.
